A LU canvas can be used for a variety of purposes, such as creating original background art or even as a unique nightlight. Every canvas is compact and wire-free. Painted
Every canvas is spray painted to order using stencils to ensure you get the product you want.
LED Lights
LED lights will let you select the hues and ambience you desire at the press of a button.
Laser Cut
To make a premium product, laser precision is utilised to cut out openings for light to illuminate.
HOWWORKS
Painted Canvas
Each canvas features a wooden base that is stencilled for high-quality spray painting. The wood is also laser cut to reveal the opal acrylic sheet, which lights up with the LED lights.
Opal Acrylic
This opal acrylic sheet will be positioned between the wooden canvas and the 3D-printed backing/LED lights to ensure even light distribution. Its white colour and low transparency will enhance the canvas's appearance when not lit.
LED Lights
The RGB LED strip will be housed in a 3D printed frame and linked to battery packs and a switch. Users can control the LED strip remotely to choose different colours and basic lighting options.
Backing
The base will be 3D printed using PLA filament, designed to hold LED strips, a battery/batteries, a switch, and wiring. A piece of white paper or card will enhance light diffusion, while the wooden canvas will be securely attached to the 3D-printed base to keep everything contained.
